Services may require fees or subscriptions, charged according to billing cycles with automatic renewal. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Payment processing occurs through Xendit and Stripe — we do not store complete credit card information.

Review Revolution limits its liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to amounts paid by you within the preceding 12 months. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breaches of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the dashboard settings.
Updates to these Terms will be communicated via email or posted on this page. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by general international commercial law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court.
Review Revolution utilizes DeepSeek API and OpenAI API to power AI-driven review management features. These integrations are implemented with appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
Third-party integrations used within the platform are not our responsibility. Their use is subject to each provider's separate terms and conditions.
You agree to indemnify and hold Review Revolution harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced with a valid alternative that most closely matches the original intent. The remaining provisions will continue in full force.
